主要研究方向及介绍：
1、多氮离子化合物的合成及应用
多氮离子化合物要求分子结构中主要以氮元素为主的化合物，因其具有高密度、高生成焓、超高能量及爆轰产物清洁无污染等优点，有希望作为新一代高密度含能材料应用于炸药、发射药和推进剂等领域。
2、锂离子电池电解质膜及在储能材料领域的研究
锂离子电池因其具有较高的理论容量和能量密度、环境友好、成本低等优点，是目前应用的主要高性能电池，特别是高比能量的锂电池有望应用于电动汽车、航空航天和国防装备等领域。该研究方向主要从事锂离子电池隔膜和正极材料方面的研究，重点解决锂离子电池的安全性及锂枝晶生长等关键问题。
3、金属卟啉大环化合物的合成及在催化领域的研究
金属卟啉是环状四吡咯大环化合物中的一类，主要由4个吡咯分子通过碳（如亚甲基）桥连结成环骨架结构的化合物，可广泛应用于仿生化学、分子自组装、材料化学、光电转换、药物化学、电化学、太阳能贮存、分析化学及气体传感器等领域。
主要研究成果：
近年来承担了省级项目及博士后基金项目，参与了国家086项目子课题和国家自然科学基金项目。发表SCI论文数十篇篇，参编英文专著一部。
