Censorship for Academic Rolls of Undergraduates

Undergraduates are encouraged to finish the credits required by their academic programs each semester. The university censors the academic achievements of undergraduates once a semester, disposing unqualified academic rolls once an academic year. 
1. Every semester,undergraduates are required to gain at least 9 credits in the enrolled subjects.If one’s achieved academic credit is below 9 in the present semester, he receives a written warning at the beginning of the following semester. 
2. The undergraduate whose failed credits accumulate to 14 and above (below 21) receives a written warning. 
3. After the free make-up examination, if the failed credits of  an  undergraduate accumulate to 21 (including 21) and above, the said undergraduate is degraded. 
4. If the accumulated number of an undergraduate’s failed credits reaches 30 (including 30) and above, the said undergraduate is expulsed. If the expulsed undergraduate does desire to continue his study, he is required to submit an application, signed by his parents, to the School of International Education. If approved by the School of International Education and by the president office meeting, the said undergraduate may be degraded or follow his original class to have one-year academic probation. 
5. A written warning or a notification of degrading is issued by the university, and conveyed by the School of International Education to the concerned undergraduate himself.
6. For a degraded undergraduate who joins in the class of a lower grade to study, his achieved academic credits are reserved.
